Community-rooted by design
A business, not a project cycleWhere we are going, and why

Ten values, and what each one commits us to
The meaning is the point, not the label. Every card carries the full commitment, because a commitment is a thing you can be held to and a word is not.
Integrity
We uphold honesty, ethical conduct, transparency and responsible stewardship in every decision, partnership and commercial dealing.
Innovation
We apply practical creativity, research, digital tools, artificial intelligence and locally appropriate technologies to solve real community and market challenges.
Excellence
We strive for quality, rigour, continuous learning and measurable results in every product, service and engagement.
Accountability
We measure results, learn from evidence, report honestly and remain answerable to the communities, clients, partners and regulators we work with.
Inclusion
We design products and services that intentionally include women, youth, persons with disabilities and communities too often left out of markets and services.
Sustainability
We pursue solutions that are environmentally responsible, commercially viable and built to last beyond any single project or funding cycle.
Community Empowerment
We build local capability and ownership, so that communities gain the skills, assets and enterprises to grow, earn and prosper on their own terms.
Professionalism
We bring disciplined delivery, technical depth and dependable standards to every engagement, from a community programme to a government advisory assignment.
Collaboration
We deliver through partnerships across sectors — government, private enterprise, academia, development partners, faith-based institutions and communities.
Shared Prosperity
We measure success by value that is shared — income for households, returns for partners, and lasting economic gains for the communities we work in.
The people behind the work

Introduce yourselfHow we are structured

It earns revenue from products, services and enterprises, and reinvests its surpluses into innovation, community development, product improvement and expanded social impact initiatives.
Our story
Awaiting client input: who founded Watu Wazuri Enterprises Limited, when, and what they saw that made it necessary. The profile does not record a founding narrative.
How we are governed
Awaiting client input: board, shareholders and committees. This is the section institutional funders read first, and nothing here has been invented.
The questions we get asked first
Straight answers, including to the one we cannot answer yet.
Head office is in Kampala, Uganda. The work begins in Uganda and is designed to scale across East Africa and the wider continent, so that what is proven locally can be replicated through partners and local institutions rather than rebuilt from scratch.
Government agencies, development partners, healthcare providers, farmers and farmer organisations, agribusiness companies, SMEs and startups, educational institutions, community organisations, cooperatives, women and youth enterprises, and investors and financial institutions.
By delivering products and services across health, agribusiness, local production, technology and climate resilience — advisory and technical assistance, manufactured goods, agribusiness development, health products, and research and innovation — combined with partnerships and catalytic capital.
The competitive advantage is an integrated model: health, nutrition, agriculture, enterprise development and technology in one business, with community-centred design, an innovation base, and a strong market focus that links producers, businesses, investors and consumers.
Not yet, and we will not publish figures we cannot evidence. Watu Wazuri Enterprises Limited is early: the model, the priorities and the client base are set, and the first engagements are being built. What we can show today is how the work is designed, governed and delivered. Verified numbers follow as the first programmes report, and they will be published here when they exist.
